Noble Medical Agency is seeking a dedicated administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any field and relevant work experience. We especially welcome applicants with expertise in student affairs who are familiar with processes such as certificate screening, student ID verification, recruitment, enrollment, and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all filing and paperwork are organized and up to date.
  • Utilize specialized computer software to manage office operations.
  • For marketing purposes, participate in university events, local hospital functions, and nursing school visits for marketing purposes.
  • Engage with students and visitors via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Collaborate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a secure and tidy workplace environment.
  • Provide regular reports on office operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with new recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience in student services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Position Summary

The Administrator will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the international nurse recruiting program. This role involves administrative support, compliance tracking, communication with international candidates, and collaboration with healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks related to nurse recruitment and placement.
  • Maintain and update candidate records, files, and application tracking systems.
  • Communicate with international nurses regarding documentation, visa, and licensing requirements (e.g., NCLEX, CGFNS, state board applications).
  • Coordinate interviews, orientation, and onboarding processes with healthcare employers.
  • Assist with correspondence to nursing boards, credentialing agencies, and immigration partners.
  • Prepare and process forms, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Support the management team in project planning, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from applicants and partner facilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and immigration regulations.

Qualifications

* Associate or bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred).
* 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (recruitment or healthcare background a plus).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or CRM/recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of international nurse licensing (NCLEX, CGFNS, Visa Screen, etc.) is a plus.
